Motion Sickness
From the start, Yuffie continuously declares that she suffers severely from motion sickness. When you finally obtain the Highwind, Yuffie refuses to sit in the cockpit and stands in the hallway instead, as she feels that flying makes it even worse. Cloud later (when his own memory is restored) shares with Yuffie and the player that he also suffers from motion sickness, since the days he was with Shin-Ra. Yuffie is, however, weaker than Cloud when it comes to motion sickness. Thus Yuffie and Cloud repeatedly share in-game conversations about their sickness and how to suffer less from it. Cloud says doing squats helps, but Yuffie would prefer you giving her a tranquilizer instead (which incidentally also increases her debut date chances!).

Strangeness
It has been discovered that punching in the air randomly is a strange habit that Yuffie has. In the Japanese version, Yuffie saying "shu shu shu" (しゅしゅしゅ) goes along with it. "Shu shu shu" is also one of Yuffie's fighting moves in the battle spinoff Ehrgeiz.

Debut Date
When and if you get Yuffie on a date in the Gold Saucer, she's the only one with the guts to kiss Cloud!
